The VP Debate

Without having much prior knowledge about the vice presidential candidates, the debate definitely helps me form a more solid opinion on both nominees. I think that both candidates proved their points fairly well in the debate. Bidden's strategy was to link McCain to Bush, in which he succeeded, and Palin's strategy was to repair her already damaged reputation, which she accomplished pretty well. However, Sarah Palin, especialy in the beginning, did not answer many of the questions directly, but she did imporve as the debate went on. Regarding body language and the whole tone of the debate, I think that the candidates acted definitely a lot less fierce than in the presidential debate.
